From a Christian perspective (when looking at the true meaning of those words and taking into account the rest of the Bible): It means that Jesus’ love for you surpasses all things….that his love literally has no ability to be measured against anything else. His love for you is the crux of the Bible, from the moment Genesis begins, grace was in effect, his adoration for you was established. This love is the reason I believe and even care who Jesus is. Without this love, I would have no desire for belief in anything else. This verse is just pointing out the gravity of love and the real truth behind what the Bible even means and the purpose for Jesus’ death on the cross - you. When we grasp this ridiculously grace-filled love, the love that asks for no payment, we have the ability to fully love others and live a life of such fulfillment, because we walk in a grace that is undeserved, yet so fully freeing.
Hope that helps, my friend! :)
